Dr. Oexman Sleeps to Live Down Under

8/28/2009

Dr. Robert Oexman, sleep specialist and Vice President of Strategic Development and Research at the Sleep to Live Institute, made a recent trip to the Sydney and Gold Coast areas of Australia. There, he represented a Sleep to Live affiliate, Snooze, by giving an educational presentation on Sleep and the Environment, with a look at the rising problem of the increased use of sleeping aids.

Throughout the week, he was invited to make numerous radio guest appearances. The response from listeners wanting to learn more about how to improve on their sleep was enormous. The call boards lit up from the moment he was announced and didn’t stop until he left the studio each time. He was also slated to appear on the top rated, Mornings with Kerri-Anne show during his stay. Kerri-Anne actually caught one of his radio interviews early in the week and was impressed enough to increase his interview time on the show. The interest in sleep from people world-wide is an incredible and welcome sight. Sleep to Live is proud to be at the forefront of the great awakening by reaching out and making a difference in Sleep, Health and Wellness.
