• Sleep to Live Recognizes Employee Promotions

MEBANE, N.C. – January 15, 2010 – Sleep to Live, a division of sleep industry leader, Kingsdown, announces that two employees in its corporate offices received promotions for their contributions to the company.

Cindy McIntyre, a 12-year veteran of Kingsdown, was promoted to vice president of support services. This role includes responsibilities in customer service, consumer relations and sales support, both domestically and internationally. She facilitates the relationship between the company and its retailers for all product and service issues. Previously, McIntyre held the position of assistant vice president of support services.

“Cindy has taken sales support way beyond what is expected and continues to enhance our customer service and sales support in terms of effectively communicating with sales associates and customers,” said Joe Schmoeller, senior vice president of operations for Sleep to Live. “She turns projects, tasks and challenges into opportunities and has continued to do so again and again over her 12-year tenure with the company.”

In addition, Anne Ray was promoted to corporate secretary. Ray, who held the position of assistant secretary, also serves as executive assistant to the chairman/CEO. During her 10-year career at the company, Ray has coordinated the daily activities of senior management and ensured the seamless execution of all company functions, ceremonies, banquets and celebrations.
